This type of radial piston pump is composed of a valve-matched star-shaped arrangement of plunger cylinders. Typically the drive is by an electric motor connected to the pump through a flange and coupling. The fully enclosed pump casing can be installed inside the oil tank (pump station) or outside the oil tank (motor pump). Of particular interest is the fact that the radial piston pump can derive multiple pressure outlets (multiple identical or different flow rates). Type RG equipped with sliding bearings can be used under extreme operating conditions to extend bearing service life. By assembling different connection blocks and valve groups on the cover plate of the pump station, an extremely compact hydraulic control system can be realized.
